Still Sucks!
Well they updated the app…at least that’s just according to the log in screen because I can’t get past it. I can log in online without issue but the app? Forget it! As soon as it hit log in and it asks for the verification code I’m unable to go any further since the “logging in….” box takes over and makes it impossible to use the code. Pretty sure this company could’ve asked some local college students to design their app as a finals project and maybe then it would actually work.

Sluggish and Clunky
Who designed this app? I’m pretty sure some college kids in a computer class could’ve done a better job. This app and the website are the same thing. Both are extremely slow, barely responsive, and disorganized. Links on some things lead to nowhere. There’s no place to get plan documents and if there is well the link to it is broken. Do better!
