This app was ok at first far from the worst one of these i have used. However over the last week or so they have cut out the ability to purchase $10 and under packs. I even get it where i can purchase a pack but get an error on check out… fix your app…

Bad hit rate
The hit rate of this app is highly disappointing, have spent hundreds of dollars to try and get at least one decent card and has not happened. I understand the common hit rate is high but to rip the same common card multiple times in a row is outrageous. Do not recommend this app.

Extremely disappointing experience with Phygitals. I have been waiting for almost 6 months for two physical cards — one Pokémon and one One Piece card. The shipment is being delayed because Phygitals has failed to respond to German customs.
What is especially concerning is that lower-value cards appear to be shipped, while valuable cards remain undelivered with no proper resolution. This raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service.
Six months is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend being cautious before using this service.
