Lots of potential to help adjust HEPs on the go but the app almost never works

For all the patient specific videos that are often needed, this is easily the best way to prescribe with all the regulatory requirements.
Poor replacement for Physitrack
Seems like a significant step backwards with this version. All I see is client names, not their programmes and no chat function in the app either. Disappointed, though sure the developer has a good reason, ?cost perhaps.
Would love some clarity on the move and if there are plans to make the app better or any use at all?!
The previous version was great for checking chats and also compliance quickly without having to use the online web version.

Can’t login
Long time Physitrack practitioner user. I’m entering my physitrack username and password but it won’t log me in. I don’t see anywhere to sign up / set up a new account either
Was working well…
Downloaded and originally worked well, stopped sending programs to patients in recent weeks - just says there is a problem, something went wrong. A little annoying when you’ve filmed and edited exercises to send to a patient!
