Unusable totally buggy. Keeps closing. Case files not down loading after payment.

huge error on the App! bought the app as i saw cardiorespiratory cases under case listings by health conditions. but they made a mistake with the names of the health conditions as it does not match the actual cases. Sent an email regarding refund now as i have no use for it.
