Fizyo Takip is a measurement, analysis, and telerehabilitation application that enables physiotherapists to connect with patients through the app, create personalized exercise programs from 300+ video exercises, schedule appointments, and evaluate patients using AI-powered image, video, and live analysis tools. The app offers two user types: Physiotherapist Login and Patient Login. Physiotherapist Login Manage all patients from one cloud account: create patient profiles, while assessments, measurements, analyses, session notes, and exercise programs are securely stored. Physiotherapist and patient accounts are linked, allowing programs, appointments, and messages to sync instantly. Patient Login Patients sign in and follow the rehabilitation plan created by their physiotherapist. Patients cannot choose exercises on their own; they can only access assigned programs. Video-Based Exercise Tracking – Assigned exercises are provided with videos, descriptions, and guidance, allowing patients to follow their programs step by step. Appointment Tracking – Patients can view appointments and request appointments based on their physiotherapist's available hours. Messaging – Patients can securely communicate with their physiotherapist in the app. Appointments & Scheduling Schedule appointments, organize sessions, and share your available hours for appointment requests. AI-Powered Image & Video Analysis Tools Postural Analysis – Analyze posture from front, back, and side photos using automatic body landmark detection. Measure symmetry and alignment angles with objective data. Goniometer (3 Modes) – Live AI Goniometer for real-time joint angle tracking through the camera; AI Photo Goniometer for automatic angle measurement and bilateral (left-right) comparison; Manual Goniometer for traditional measurement. Gait Analysis – AI-powered gait analysis from video. Frontal analysis includes trunk sway, pelvic obliquity, knee alignment, and step width. Sagittal analysis includes cadence, joint angles, step length, and walking speed. Results include graphs and annotated videos. Dynamic Knee Flexion – Live knee angle tracking using the camera. Single Leg Squat (SLS) Test – Video-based knee valgus measurement with analysis charts and annotated video output. Squat Jump Test – Live jump analysis including jump height and movement phase metrics. Single Leg Hop Test – Evaluate hop distance and limb symmetry during single-leg hopping. 300+ Video Exercises & Program Assignment Create personalized programs from 300+ video exercises and assign them to your patients. You can also upload your own exercise videos to expand your library. AI Assistant (Chatbot) Use the AI assistant to create patient profiles, schedule appointments, or ask clinical and technical questions. Access rehabilitation protocols through ready-made prompts. In-App Messaging Communicate via text, photos, videos, and voice messages, and share exercise programs directly in the app. Digital Metronome & Clinical Calculation Tools Maintain rhythm during exercise sessions and perform clinical calculations with built-in tools.
