Receipts are gone!!
I use the PICO app to order pizza for work events, but the last couple of months I have not received a receipt via email. I can’t find a receipt in the app. All I have to submit my expense is the previous order list with huge pics of everything.

Good pizza poor service and pricing
Pizza is fantastic …but $30 min charge is pain and so is their use of DoorDash …terribly slow delivery . Expect it to take an hour . Location Newmarket Ontario…delivery is getting slower and worse

App doesn’t allow me to use reward point. It freezes at the end.

Conveniently slightly more than the cost of a pizza. Meaning I can’t use this pizza-ordering app…to order a pizza.
No toppings?
The app doesn’t seem to have any toppings for the pizza. It only allows me to pick the sauce and type of cheese.

this apps doesn’t have qr code to scan to get point when u buy stuff to get rewards. i really need for open the apps. i thought if i downloaded the apps . they will qr code to scan the rewards when i buy stuff. but is not like that.
Better than the reviews are selling it
The app was super easy to use, creating an account was super easy and the whole process of creating an order for delivery was as typical as any other delivery app.
It is a bummer that you can’t use Apple Pay, but once you input your credit card number it’s saved for future use- hopefully the app was made to be secure lol.
It would also be nice if toppings were sorted by category in the create your own option, or at the very least alphabetically sorted.
Pretty minor complaints overall, it’s just fine as is but with some touch ups the app could definitely be a 5!!

Bad experience
App recommended a store that was way further away and that store had a similar address to the place I actually wanted to go to. I arrived later than the estimated time and it wasn’t until a few mins later when my pizza was put in to bake. It was finally ready 16 mins after the suggested time. The app needs to fix the recommended store based on location and fix the time estimate.

You need to add Apple Pay, who adds a credit card anymore, come on
Wrong store hours
The app won’t let me order from my local store (Sherway) because it thinks it’s closed when it’s not.
Does not accept delivery orders many times
The app fails to accept delivery orders many times and becomes frustrating to waste time on ordering and knowing at the end that they are not delivering (much before the closing time of the respective restaurant).
Terrible App
The app doesn’t recognize my address and there is no workaround if I want to use my coupon with the restaurant
Tips for drivers?!
Did I miss it? Is it missing altogether? I want to add a tip for my driver and can’t seem to sort it out! Super important to me during COVID times (and regular times, too). 🙁
