Wonderful addition to PiHole is this app!
As a longtime Pi-hole user, this app is a fantastic companion to have in my pocket. It's genuinely full-featured — you get real control over your instance without hunting through the web admin on a small screen. The layout is clean and well thought out, clearly built by someone who actually uses Pi-hole rather than just wrapping an API.
The best part for me is that it runs great on my M-series Mac in addition to iOS, so I get the same polished experience whether I'm on my iPhone or at my desk. Having one app that works seamlessly across both platforms is a nice touch.

The best Pi-hole monitoring app
Removing one star because there’s no Android version and I can only use this on my terrible work iPhone
Better and better…
This app keeps getting better and better with every update. Beautiful interface with seamless access to live logs so you can observe a site’s data request. Easier and faster access to gravity, network flush, DNS restart, and client tables. Grouping of devices/clients while in the app.
Helpful with one instance, an absolute must for synching multiple instances.
I got on this app early and it was very helpful. The synching has been easy and incredibly useful. I just realized I could also install this on my mac, and now I’m even more pleased. This is an app that feels like the developer made it so they could use it, and then shared it with us. Thank you!

Easy to use PiHole App
A very easy to use and setup. All the stats and features are clear and easy. I set it up for my wife as well on her phone and she uses it frequently and finds it easy too.

See above I bought good in 2024, now the features I need are behind an additional paywall. Tried doing restore purchase to no avail

Must have interface for Pi-hole server
This is an excellent way to interact with your Pi-hole server. I can’t see not having this app. Every update brings more capability.
Best Pi hole remote ever
I use this app to monitor my servers temperatures lol. The free version is perfectly adequate if you have only one Pi-hole instance.
Opening app on rarely used device wipes your instances.
First of all, I greatly enjoy this app. It works very well overall, but using iCloud sync is a nightmare.
If you go back to a device that you rarely use, and you’ve made any changes to instances, that rarely used install will completely wipe your current t settings for whatever happens to be saved on that rarely used device.
This is the THIRD time that I have to set my instances up again in the app because there is no error or save date settings that are checked. Today, I’m assuming I never set the app up on one of my TV’s and all four of my instances were simply wiped out.
Very bad.

Keep getting better and better
Such a well designed app
No longer connects
As a paid user I am bummed that I can no longer connect. It just quit working all of a sudden but I can connect to my dashboard from my laptop. You would think if anything changed that would impact connectivity but there would be a notification but I haven’t received anything.
Doesn’t work on https
It seems to work on ip addresses only, when I try to switch to domain name it gets a not found error, even when domain name works on all systems and browsers. Please let me know when https works!

I’m a long time Pi-hole user and found mention of this on Reddit, so I thought I’d try the demo. After a few days, I bought it.
Pi-Hole Remote is a must have.
03/03/2026: Added new instant to one device and the rest synced up so all back to normal.
03/01/2026: Pi-Hole Remote update deleted my instances. Very sad.
Been using Pi-Hole for many years and this app Pi-Hole Remote makes Pi-Hole so much better. I wouldn’t go without the remote app. Live Logs and custom black and white lists on the fly. Statistics at a glance and so much more. Do yourself a favor and get this app if you run Pi-Hole. Also, please support the dev, the work that goes into is unimaginable and it’s amazing work.
