Images flash quickly and out of control even after restarting and deleting app. App and other apps related to this viewing system do not appear to work.

Downloaded it, followed all directions and it won’t stop spinning. Never got it to work.

Used to work great and my daughter LOVED it. Now it spins out of control and she’s so upset that it doesn’t work anymore. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, after one use it goes back to unusable.

S same usage as all the others - rapidly changing images. The fix suggested (restarting the phone) did nothing.

The images just spin and spin! My children were really upset these are not working! Fit it!
Just keeps skipping
Please fix this app. We got the books for a Christmas present and the image just skips. We have checked it everyday this week to see if the problem has been corrected.

Followed the exact directions on three different phones and would not stop spinning. Huge disappointment to my daughter in Christmas. We tried on every app and it did the same.

Images cycle in rapid fire?
I noticed others have this problem ... what’s the fix? Everything downloads correctly but then flashes and cycles through images at rapid speed. Nothing I research shows how to fix this.

I’m having the same issue as all the other reviewer ‘s. I followed the instructions and the image seems to be spinning out of control for all the videos. Please update ASAP

Same issue as others. Followed all instructions & all we get is images that are all scrambled & all over the screen. You can’t see anything. Very disappointed

I followed instructions but all I get is rapidly flashing images making no sense. This does not work. The same thing happens with any of the videos
Umm has some problems
So when I down loaded the app I did exactly what the instructions told me to do and the image kept spinning all over the place and i don't know how to fix it
