I scanned the QR codes and it does not matter the image or picture just rapidly changing and does not focus

I wish I could put a 0 star rating. I can’t even fit my phone in the glasses. When I open the app and scan the code it shows some breathing person and it’s spinning like crazy. Such a scam and waste of my money.
Useless
My son received the Britannica space book as a gift and was so excited to try the VR “goggles”. The app just glitches the images repeatedly and you can’t even use it. Such a disappointment, especially for my son.

Isn’t the best
I just got the app and when I scanned the QR code for the vr it just kept spinning out on me. I as well uninstalled the app and the same thing happened.
But the app looks very cool and this would of been better if that didn’t happen.

We have restarted the phone numerous times and the app won’t stop spinning wildly.

So I was really excited to play these apps but none of them work they just spin at rapid fire but they used to work so I was really disappointed to discover that NONE of them work.😢

Not working
Images just flash in rapid succession. Super disappointed and will probably return the set of books. Bummer.
Doesn’t work
Picture is unstable and dances about. Not a useful toy. I think I should get my money back.
App doesn’t work after recent IOS update
These apps were working fine until the recent IOS upgrade but don’t seem to be working now...maybe it is time to check and send in an updated version....
