Fix the App!!
Same issue as the other one star ratings. My kids were so excited to use the viewer with the app only to be disappointed. Fix the app or remove it from the App Store.

Can’t get it to work
Listed as compatible I phone, however the images just keep flashing through so fast you can’t see anything. It is all a blur . Very disappointing. Can’t find a tach support resource, either.

Got the books from costco and was asked to download the PI VR app series. Upon launching the app, the images keep spinning and doesn’t stabilize. Avoid the VR app. It’s a hogwash.
App does not work.
Another app in the Britannica series that does not work, starting with QR scanning error.
