Charged for a service that doesn't exist! No refund!
I paid for VIP lounge access at Lahore Airport (Domestic Terminal) when flying to Karachi with PIA. Upon arrival, the staff informed me there was no PIA VIP lounge available. The PIA Station Manager in Lahore even confirmed via email that I should be refunded, but the money was never returned. Disappointing service and a poorly managed app. Avoid!

Disappointing App
Tried paying for additional services without success. The app kept generating error. The ONLY option to pay is by credit card, no Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal; so your options are extremely limited. So I will head to the airport without paying for additional baggage or payment for the lounge through this App. Didn’t work for me.

An Excellent Customer Service
Today I share with you some of the unforgettable moments during a memorable journey with Pakistan International Airlines flight PK181. The flight was delayed by an hour but the PIA staff and food will be memorable especially. An additional parcel with a small parcel of Biryani made the trip even more enjoyable. The behavior of the staff as travelers and asking and serving each one after the bill was very nice. Finally a request to the authorities above to add some more aircraft to the PI fleet and keep its old traditions alive once again.
