Useless

This app won’t work at all on my IPhone 14, it will load, but won’t connect to my MP3 530 at all. Can’t even scroll the manuals or get anything to work. Complete waste of time.

The app is totally useless. Horrible design and refuses to link with my new Active 1 scooter. The only thing more useless than the app is the dealership where I bought the scooter. They are totally clueless about anything to do with this scooter.
Although I have only had the scooter for a few months it is now for sale and I will never purchase another Piaggio product.

Awful app

Whoever developed the app lacks of understanding about human -machine interface. Considering the amount of money customers have spent for MP3 500 HPE, Piaggio should have strived for excellence. This app is just horrible!!

Was hoping app would work with model year 2019 Vespa GTS abs /asr improved moter....it does not,hoping developer will add support for newer Vespa
