purchased prestige but never reflected in my account do not purchase in this app！！！
Loved it till I paid for 7-day prestige and didn’t receive it
I paid for the 7-day prestige and I was really charged on my card for it and I didn't received it. Tells me there was some erreur but I was still charged, I’ve check with my bank. And if I try to purchase it again, it tells me that I already have it when I clearly don’t even though, again, I was charged for it. So, what are y’all gonna do about that?

Can’t purchase anything
So the only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because I cannot purchase any jewels or in app purchases. Furthermore, I have to wait 25 minutes to gain 1 life despite the fact that I cannot purchase any more jewels to play more.

Verily, this distraction of time exceeds expectations! However, a minor negative characteristic. A characteristic so minor that once executed, joy fills me and you. Indeed, the uttermost limit of speed.. ‘tis low! 3x? Please, laughter I shalt give, but this is ridiculous. I find myself pressing notes ahead of time! It matches my speed not, and this issue prevents me from further progression in ‘Tour’.
Also, I find myself befuddled to know that Dimitri Shostakovich isn’t in the game! Appalling indeed. Verily, I cannot pardon such nonsense.

The streak counter makes it difficult to see notes ahead of time and caused nothing but frustration
The notes where you slide from one lane to another are easily mistaken for simple tap notes. (Literally just make it either a curved line)

There is no sound that plays and no way to figure out how to add sound.

Paid for prestige, tried paying three times, each time the payment went through but prestige isn’t activated, scam.
Wish the packs weren’t so pricey
I love the game it’s really fun but at some point I finished the 50 songs in the standard pack and so I thought of getting another pack since I had no more new songs to play. And so I bought one. But what bummed me out is that each pack only has about 5 songs and each pack is $5 usd. Which is about $150 for the whole collection😬.
The last update was like two years ago. Honestly I think the dev just doesn’t care anymore about the players at this point, there’s so much potential in this game but the carelessness is why this game is hidden away. It just feels like this game hasn’t moved anywhere.

Great game! Could you please add an option to make the accuracy text (Marvelous, Excellent, Good, etc.) be smaller? It's so in-your-face and distracting, especially because it's in the middle of the screen! Also maybe a toggle for the miss sound. Otherwise, great!

I guess the app doesn’t allow purchases anymore, which is very disappointing. I’m sure the game developers are missing out on a lot of revenue.

Help!!! (Update: It’s fixed 🥳)
I’ve been addicted to this game for around 8 years but now I can’t access my account that was connected via Facebook. When I tried to log in via Facebook, it said “Feature unavailable: Facebook login is currently unavailable for this app since we are updating additional details for this app. Please try again.” I waited a few days but I still get the same response. I spent money on this game, passed majority of levels, and unlocked every piano besides 2. Please help me get my account back. It would be heartbreaking to lose 8 years worth of progress on my favorite game 😭😭😭😭😭 Reupdate: The pianista team reached out to me and fixed the problem. 😃 Hands down best rhythm game 🙌
