Frustrated

I love this app used it all the time then suddenly it keeps telling me I’m not connected to the internet. I’ve confirmed that I am connected. So I deleted the app the re-installed it and it lets me do the training part. Then tells me I’m not connected to the internet. I’m not sure what’s going on but I loved playing this would spend 2 hours on it almost everyday. It was perfect, I lost my actual piano and this I could always have it with me. Please help or fix this problem please.

Haven’t decided to delete or not…….

I love the app but the reason I’m about to delete it is because at first you play whatever u want and then it shuts down whenever u click a song and I saw it restart the app when I leave the app. It never let me play ever again:(

Awful customer service

Our annual subscription has renewed but we have no access to the app. I have the receipt and have emailed customer service repeatedly but received no response. I’m not getting what I paid for. Inexcusable.
