Wrong note names

The notes in the Notes on Staff game are all wrong. That can confuse you more than help you learn.

Response from developer

Hello JaviLND, if you check the latest update this should be fixed. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. An update created this bug for some people with very specific settings, but it has been fixed. If you need anything else, please contact me at contact@strongapplications.com.

Excited at first, but statistics won’t clear/reset

I really am enjoying Fretonomy, the StrongApps app for learning string instruments, so I invested in Pianolytics with the hopes of improving on the keys.
However, the statistics for game mode won’t clear or update.
I use game mode to practice, and then test with the challenges, so I could really use stats so I know when my speed and accuracy are optimal

Request for refund

Dear developers! Thank you for a such amazing application. It is really nice and useful. But I have one question I would like to be resolved. You offer two subscription options: 4,000 Korean Wons per month and 33,000 Korean Wons per year. I chose 4,000 KRW per month (i.e. I clicked on the “4,000 KRW/month” button) to familiarise myself with your app and then upgrade to the 33,000 won annual subscription, if I like it. But you charged me 33,000 KRW per year! That's not fair, guys! There can't be any mistake on my part here. Because I clearly know I clicked 4,000 KRW per month. Could you please cancel my yearly subscription and refund the 33,000 KRW you withdrew somehow in the process, whereas I subscribed for 4,000 KRW per month. I hope you can find a mistake in the app, and fix it. Thank you.

Hello 무라트, please email me at contact@strongapplications.com and I can help you with this directly. I am not sure how that could have happened, but I can show you how to contact Apple to get a refund. I can also help you with any trouble you have with the app. Again, sorry for any trouble caused, and thank you for your support.

Nearly great. Shame no midi support

Nearly so great. A wonderful array of tools. Though sadly no midi support. Meaning whilst your mind my learn, it doesn’t help you initiate the concepts to have a wholistic or physical understanding of actually playing the theory you learn. A major flaw in this learning method unfortunately.
Also - an ‘own for life’ price would be appreciated. The insane amount of money on subscriptions people have to dish out just to pick up sometimes the basic tools of life and creativity is getting silly for us all

Hello autumnlow, if you are able to plug into your iPhone or iPad, then you should be able to use Instrument Mode in some of the games with your real keyboard with it plugged in or using the device microphone. If you have trouble with this, you can contact me at contact@strongapplications.com and I can help you directly and address any other issues you have with the app. Also, I am sorry for the subscription, but this model allows me to continuously receive support so I can add more and more features to the app and make it better for everyone. Thank you very much for your support!

Fun way to learn music!!!

As a beginner this app helps me a lot. I love the games. Just wish it also had a version for my macbook as I'm currently using the ipad version on mac, but other than that its a great app.

Update is good. Now 5 stars.

I changed my star rating to 5 stars as the very next day a successful update was provided. I like this app because it’s practical and imo very useful for understanding music theory. For the price it’s well worth it. Thanks developer for the quick and accurate response.

It's a quiz

I wanted to play the notes not guess them

No Subcriptions Ever

Looked interesting, instant delete once I realized it was rent-ware.

Useful Tool for Pianists

There are so many features I can use to help me memorize scales & chords. I can practice anytime.
