About
piano.play shows sheet music on your phone and waits while you play. Connect a digital piano or MIDI keyboard over Bluetooth, and it moves to the next note only when you play the right one.
Play what you want to play. Add any piece as a MusicXML file (MuseScore and most notation apps export it), or start with the library of classical pieces, from beginner to advanced.
What you can do:
• Practise one hand at a time, or both
• Loop a few bars until they feel comfortable
• Tap Listen to hear a passage, slowed down or at full speed
• Choose your own colours for each hand, in light or dark
No account and no ads. Your music files stay on your phone.
The free version lets you add two pieces, from the beginner library or your own files. piano.play Plus opens the whole library and lets you add as many pieces as you like. Choose monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage them in your Apple Account settings.
