The Mac App Is Non-Functional (Useless)

Don’t waste your time with the mac app. It’s completely useless. I started the free 2 week trial, and the app literally does nothing. I noticed in the app store, it says “mac app not verified”. That’s an understatement. Why make your app available for mac when it doesn’t even work? Hello? Developer? Anyone there?

Thank you for the feedback. The issue your reported has been fixed in the latest update.

Best ETD/Tuning App available

I would not be able to do my job without this app. I tune toughly 20 pianos a week and besides my tuning hammer this is the most important tool in my bag. By far the best tuning app out there, and the app keeps improving and adding features that full time techs request. 10/10 recommend this to anybody, new or professional, its features are helpful to all!

The best tuning app out there, hands down!

Finally! After years of using other software, including some that are supposedly the best, I have found the one that truly works for me. It’s simple, clean, nothing buried under multiple layers of menus. It has a customizable interface, accurate and fast, and allows me to tune in any sequence (not just blindly forcing me to tune A0-C8). I find that I can use aural skills alongside the device and make more informed decisions about where to place notes. Frank is very responsive to questions and concerns and just gets it when it comes to an elegant user interface. The main take away is that it doesn’t insult your intelligence by doing all the work for you. It allows you freedom to tune how you want, to make adjustments and customize the tuning curves, etc. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
