Help installing on my piano
Richie reached back it to me almost immediately and on a Saturday and Sunday was there to assist me in getting this system up and running as I am definitely not the most tech savvy person! I highly recommend!!!

The App is amazing. I don’t play piano but I appreciate and enjoy listening. To have this library of music available in your home is incredible. Looking forward to endless listening and great cocktail parties. The staff is readily available to navigate connectivity if you have older units.

Tremendous app and amazing support! Richie did such an excellent job helping get the app back up and running when I was having difficulty. He was so patient and knowledgeable while dealing with an elderly lady. His response was prompt and professional. Truly a shining example of what tech support should be! Can’t thank him enough. He certainly is an asset to the team and definitely deserves a raise!

It’s a brilliant app but it’s just too expensive.
Fabulous app and support!
This app allows you to listen to thousands of songs with the touch of a button. My kids and I have thoroughly enjoyed it the past couple years. Richie is so helpful and will respond promptly to assist with any issues! Highly recommend!

I just signed up for PIANOSTREAM this morning and it was so easy to set up. I am so impressed with the quality of the product and the videos that helped set it up. It works great and is so much better than the radio subscription that is archaic. Richie also has fantastic customer service and responded to my questions within seconds of my asking. I 100% recommend this app.

Love it!
So we bought a baby grand with the hopes that someone in the family would learn to play. Did not happen. It happened to have a PianoDisc player on it with some outdated floppies that we did not play. Then we found out about PianoStream. A huge catalog of streaming tunes from the iPad or iPhone. Amazing!! Something for everyone. Especially love the huge Christmas catalog, we play it in the background the whole season, friends and family love it!

Fantastic platform for piano player owners
The app has breathed new life in to our Mark 1 Disklavier and allows to enjoy new music like never before. The tech support getting the system working has been a wonderful experience as well.
Misleading Ad
I wanted to trial this app and it said 3day free trial. Instead, it charged me $299 straight away and will not renew until next year.

Piano Stream Support
I cannot say enough about the support I have received from Richie Hayes. I signed up for Piano Stream to take advantage of their large catalog of music to play on my Piano Disc 128 plus that I had installed in 2008. I immediately encountered issues that would not allow my baby grand to play the keyboard. Richie walked me through every step imaginable to bring this to a resolution - back to back texts, calls and continued follow ups until we had success. I had a technician lined up from over a hundred miles to address my issue - needless to say he is no longer needed. Lanett Johns

Game changer for my Piano
Cannot say enough good things about the quality of the app, the music that comes out of my piano or the extraordinary customer service. I had some challenges getting the accompanying vocals, orchestrations, etc out of my speaker. I texted the clearly identified customer support number, got a call back in minutes and had the problem resolved moments later. Well worth the cost of the subscription. I have had the app for 2 years now and the music selection is very varied and wonderful. I recently added the audio version of the app to my piano and with Mr. Hayes suggestion, bought the device on Amazon that allows me to hear the audio. I had some trouble at the beginning, but Richie is very helpful if you text him with any concerns. He quickly assisted me and help solve the problem and now my piano sings with Audio!!! Excellent app and great customer support!
I have a Mark 2 Yamaha Disclavier piano. The PianoStream App has given my player piano a new life with a huge volume of songs available. Used the Widi Master to easily hook up the midiport which now allows me to bypass those old 3.5 disks that I had to use when we originally purchased the piano. Look forward to an updated solution that will allow the piano to play background music through the piano’s integrated speaker while it is playing piano. The customer service was very prompt and all questions were immediately answered.
