About

Pianovera is a falling note piano and a virtual piano in one app. Falling notes show you which key to play, and 3D hands show the fingering. Play the on-screen piano keyboard, plug in a MIDI keyboard, or play your real piano and let the microphone listen, for beginners and returning players alike. LEARN PIANO • 56 piano lessons in 9 courses, from the very first note to complete pieces, no music theory needed first • 5-minute lessons: a tip, practice, a quiz, then a piece • Exercises (scales, chords, arpeggios, Hanon), Note reading (8 levels, 2 free) CHALLENGES AND LEAGUE • A daily challenge in three modes: classic, Arcade and scored scrolling; a weekly challenge and a day streak • An online league against real players, under a nickname: an open league for free players, Bronze to Diamond leagues with Premium • Any nickname can be reported or hidden in one tap VIRTUAL PIANO KEYBOARD • Free session: the keyboard answers every key, grand piano sound, effects, 13 to 88 keys; session recording and ghost hands • Accompaniment: bass, chords and light drums; its notes fall toward the keyboard so you can improvise over them. Pop in C major is free; other settings can be tried for 60 s a day FALLING NOTES PIANO • 651 public-domain pieces: Für Elise, Clair de Lune, Canon in D, Turkish March, Gymnopédie, Chopin nocturnes and many more, from Bach to Joplin • Up to 3 versions of every piece: beginner, intermediate and original • Each note falls toward its key with the fingering; 3D hands play the piece in front of you • Free play and Wait mode (playback waits for the right note) • MIDI keyboard: plug it in over USB, or pair a Bluetooth keyboard from the app’s settings • Scored scrolling: your accuracy shows in big numbers as the piece scrolls; pick the speed before the piece, in 10% steps, with a ranking for each speed. One free run a day, unlimited with Premium • Learn in sections (Premium): each section loops, and the speed rises with every clean run (80, 90, then 100%) • Premium tools: A-B loop, speeds below 75%, one hand at a time, fingering numbers. Always free: metronome and note names • Your own MIDI files open too (visual MIDI player) GAMES • Arcade: a piano game on four lanes, three levels; lives come back over time for free, unlimited with Premium • Echo: the musical memory game. The sequence falls toward the keyboard, you play it back; it grows by one note every round. 20 seconds a day for free MAKE VIDEOS • Your piece as an MP4 video, in 16:9 or 9:16 for Shorts. Free: 2 videos of 30 s a week, in 720p, without the hands, with a watermark. Premium: unlimited, with the 3D hands, no watermark FREE OR PREMIUM • Free, with no time limit and no ads: 30 pieces (10 in full, 20 in a simplified version), the first 10 lessons then one lesson per token earned in the daily challenge, 10 free minutes of 3D hands then 15 s per piece, the Natural studio look and 15-second previews of the rest • Premium unlocks everything: all 651 pieces in full, every lesson, look, scene and mode, the Premium tools, unlimited videos • Monthly or yearly subscription (3 days free for a first subscription), cancelable at any time in your Apple Account settings, or a single lifetime payment MICROPHONE AND PRIVACY • The microphone, if you allow it, is used only for lessons, Note reading, Wait mode and Free play: the sound is analyzed on your device, never recorded or sent • The league only sends a random device ID, your nickname and your scores: no name, no address On iPhone, the player and lessons run in landscape; on iPad, everything works both ways.
