Worst app ever
It’s impossible to order from this app. It used function much better and you could actually build a pizza and get it delivered. Now, it just loops you around in circles. Maybe they aren’t interested in online/delivery biz any more. Too bad, their food is amazing.

This is one of the most user UNfriendly apps I have ever seen.
Set order for delivery wound up being a pickup order.
Ordered 2 salads with NO dressing - get a message that they only allow 1 dressing choice.
If Picasso’s paid for this app development they were ripped off.

Can’t get it to work
I pick the pizza, add to cart, put in the cc info, confirm my address...and it freezes. Done it twice now. Can’t seem to get it to work.
Needs overhaul
Love this restaurant but the app does not work. Bummer.
App was GREAT UNTIL!!!!!
This app was great I am fully impressed by it. It allows you to select what you would like off the order and what you would like on the order. What I do not like about this app at all is after it took all my billing information my credit card information and Delivery information, it would not actually process my order. So I had to go back do it all over again for the same problem to happen several times which led me to having to call the restaurant on a busy Saturday night and take up their time placing an order I have already tried to place several times via the app.

Poor Design
As much as I love Picasso’s, I’m severely disappointed in this app. The design seems like someone tried to make a mobile version of the website, but it’s not formatted correctly. I placed items in the cart, but the place order button didn’t work. This app needs to be completely redesigned.

This app is very slow and cumbersome to use. It doesn't look like it is properly formatted for the phone...it looks like someone attempted to just shrink the website but it just doesn't work.
Once I had completed my order and was ready to enter my payment info, a screen popped up and said "cannot deliver to this area". We order from Picasso's LH almost weekly so not sure what the problem was. All I know is my order had been deleted, so I removed the app, opened my computer, signed in and placed my usual order in two minutes.

Just pictures?
Nothing ever loads. You also can't use the emailed coupons on the app.
Worst app ever?
I really hope this was developed on some "build it yourself" platform. I hope you didn't actually pay someone to build this for you. Can't get past the pulsing screen that says "wait while we build the menu" and then flashes to an error message that is up for a millisecond.
Disappointed
This app was manageable but not good. My card that was saved on their website did not transfer to this system. After I awkwardly managed to put in my order, my order was deleted by the time I returned with my card (from the other room). Comments are not accepted with this app either. If you have any special requests such as substitutions, just use the web site. The web site is more manageable and you can get what you want. I'm still disappointed that I can't use gift cards or gift certificates without calling in.
