No longer automatically copies links from my clipboard or anything else for that matter.
The app no longer automatically pastes or even asks me if I want to paste a URL, though it's set to just open the URL upon launch in my settings. The only options that I have are photos, video, record, and PDF, and in settings, though I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to fix this problem, doesn't give me the option to make it the full version again, though I paid for the lifetime license. You can't even click on the button to review the app. It used to be a great app, now it's a great failure.

Used to be great but completely unresponsive for 2+ weeks!!
I’m a totally blind blogger and this functionality is crucial for my work! “Unable to process your video.” That’s exactly what the app says for 2 weeks no matter whether I load a PDF or any YouTube video, or a video/photo from the photo roll. The grossest part here is that I emailed the support team over a week ago and they haven’t even bothered to respond! Guess it’s just 2026 and most people just don’t take any responsibilities, even when it comes to some commercial products! I was considering buying a premium version, thank god I haven’t wasted my money. Using an iPhone 13 with IOS26.5. If the developer was totally blind themselves, I’m sure they’d fix this this in an hour with a public apology and some hefty discounts……

Amazing app. Thank you.
This is a very wonderful app. I've been able to share images with my family, take images of myself to share. I've been able to put wallpapers on my phone, and it's really incredible. I cannot wait to see what else the developers have in store.
Freezing in paid version
I’m not sure what’s been happening today, but the app has been freezing up when I go to get image descriptions. Why is that? I updated the app in the App Store. My phone is up to the latest firmware update. I don’t know what else to do.

Очень плохо работает на айфоне 11, IOS26. Приложение зависает, фото распознаёт в лучшем случае через раз. Поработайте над этим, пожалуйста. Ещё имеются проблемы с описанием: молодую женщину описывает как ребёнка.
Incredible!
This is such an incredible app! Thanks for making such a great app for describing images and video. It’s voiceover accessible, and I enjoy using it. I have used it so far for describing images that people send me through WhatsApp and or messages, as well as describing the scenes of different videos that have been posted to various YouTube channels. the only things that I have noticed is the waiting sound toggle option is gone in the setting screen, and the unlabeled help button inside the setting screen itself. Other than that, nothing else to report except those two issues.

Fiz o meu cadastro, deu tudo certo, quando enviei uma foto pra ele, ao invés de ele responder o que tinha na foto que enviei, ele falou que eu não tinha cadastro, sendo que eu só fiz o cadastro e já cliquei no link, agora fiquei sem saber o que fazer, lembrando que uso o aplicativo na versão paga e queria usar ele no WhatsApp também

Incredible, worth paying for
I discovered this app through a Facebook group about AI for the blind. I watched some YouTube videos about PiccyBot and I tested it in its free and paid versions. Paying for the full access is worth it, in my opinion. I prefer this app over Seeing AI. There are limitations in how much the AI can describe, which is to be expected. Re-analyzing the same video content will give varying degrees of quality in descriptions. I I am hoping there is a way to train the AI model or give feedback to descriptions and generated responses. That is a great interest of mine. For users who pay for the full version, the app is quite customizable. The controls you have in Settings are worth experimenting with.

möchte auch TikTok Links in diese App eingeben können beziehungsweise rein kopieren können. Die sind ja immer so lang oder TikTok Video an diese App übertragen, um sie beschreiben zu lassen. Das geht aber irgendwie nicht und manchmal funktionieren auch YouTube Videos dann irgendwie nicht das hab ich aber per Mail an die Entwickler schon weitergegeben und es wär ganz nett wenn das mal geprüft und ergänzt werden könnte. Ansonsten liebe ich diese App weil sie mir ermöglicht Dinge wahrzunehmen, die früher nie begriffen hätte als nichts sehen.

I was truly convinced this couldn't have been AI it was so good! I literally never buy subscriptions but I may well make an exception for this one! I do have a question however, can I hear the video along side the description? That would be very helpful! But again, thank you so much this really is an incredible app it feels so nice to be able to be included when my friends share videos that are mostly visual truly such a blessing and we are living in the future!
