Great in theory but doesn’t work, mainly defective or app doesn’t work when you scan - says not in area-when you are scanning????!!! Then if it does work it’s difficult to “end ride”!
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t seem to be possible to sign up for an account. I try scanning my QID and it gives me a “Scan document carefully” error every time. This is on an iPhone 11 and I’ve tried it in different lighting conditions; I do not think the problem is on my end.
I would normally contact the developers to let them know about the glitch rather than writing a negative review, but there’s no contact info or feedback form anywhere I can find.
It’s sad I can’t sign up for an account; I was excited about using this service.
I will revise my review if it gets fixed at some point.
