Be aware of the 30 AED limit

The laundry service is quick and detailed with no issues, the problem mainly lays in the minimum limit to make an order which is loosely set your order at 30 aed for to items that would cost 5 AED each, this way they are granted to rip to extort you there is basically no fairness with such scheme, it would have been better to set the limit to 30 AED and not allow the order to proceed unless you meet that requirement, also there is no way to get back the money you credit in their digital wallet, which give little room for conflict resolution, I would recommend using “Justclean” as an alternative where such shortcoming aren’t there, I contacted the laundry with my issue and they failed to resolve it and told me to pay up the 30 AED for 2 pants that cost 3 AED each !

Thank you sir. As we informed you that the remaining amount of 21 AED can be refunded and you are welcome to collect it anytime from the shop. In addition to this, the 30 AED minimum order is mentioned clearly as a note and before you place the order in the total amount as well. Also, in JUSTCLEAN app the same minimum order amount is shown before you place the order as well as in the main page. We have seen that after this issue you placed a new order with us in JUSTCLEAN for 1 item less than 30 AED but you charged 30 AED by JUSTCLEAN, so its the same thing sir since we have contract with them. We can’t put minimum charge locked because we have many regular customers agreed to pay minimum charge difference.I hope this is clear and helpful. We will be very happy to serve you again always!
