Scam?
I never received any feedback that any driver had received my request. I don't think there was any driver involved in this at this point. There was no customer service and I feel like I'm being scammed. But their payment system works since it charged me!
Charged for Service bot completed
I was charge for over $140 for a service that did not happen, this company charges you before a driver is even selected and before the service is done. I have never had to pay for a service that was not done yet… I would never use this company again. They still have not refunded me my money and it seems like they will not refund me my money. I called and talk to somebody and they told me they would five days later I still haven’t gotten the money.

Fraud warning
I downloaded this app and never entered my credit card information. I downloaded it in the attempt to become a driver for this company and downloaded the user app instead. When I came back to the app my cart was loaded with $300 worth of food and liquor. Lucky for me I never entered my credit card information. This app has been uninstalled, reported and I will never use it again.

This is completely false, this is the only complaint we have ever received, we have made hundreds of deliveries with zero complaints. I’m sorry you have experienced technical difficulties, but this is the only time we have heard of something like this happening.
