Log in only on website
It doesn’t let you log in on the app- it appears to log in then immediately switches back to the log in screen. Impossible to update any info on your own- such as birthdays or phone numbers or names. It says it’s saved but it doesn’t.
Almost unusable.
This is more about the website than the app, only because I have the app and when I sign in, my child’s school was not listed as an option, even though I had previously registered with her school through the app. Whatever. Anyway, the website itself is so user-unfriendly I have given up using it and now just send checks with my child. Making payments on Pickle Juice is not an option; I am only given the option to pay the entire amount, which I am not always able to do. It’s like it was designed in the 1990s. Terrible. It’s 2024, people. We all know you can do better than this.

Rarely Works & Processing Fees are too High
This app is a nice idea, but it rarely works. I can’t even get signed in on the app. I went to the website, used the same username and PW, and I had zero issues. However, the user interface is so clunky, I often just get aggravated and send a check. Finally, the processing fees are very high. I only have one kid, and I am always a bit stunned when I get the final charge. I can’t imagine having to pay those fees for multiple kids. I appreciate the concept of PJ, but it needs a lot of work.

App is horrible
It seems to lock up all the time. Mobile sign ups are impossible. I’ve had to reset my password countless times. It does not save any info even when we sign up for multiple events, so I have to enter everyone’s info every single time for every event. There is no smooth operation, there is always an issue! What a joke!

Processing fees are too high
This app is convenient, but the processing fees are too high. As a parent, I have spent almost $40 for transaction fees alone—just in the last two months. While I appreciate the convenience of using this app, the transaction fees can be another hurdle for families who may find the cost of participating in sports challenging.
