Everything we learned from running a real tournament weekend, fixed. COURTSIDE • Court QR check-in now scans reliably. On a lot of phones the camera was starting out of focus, so the code never read. It now focuses continuously and picks up the code first time. • Scan the wrong court and you get a big, unmissable warning — plus a clear pointer to the court you're actually meant to be on. • Your court number is large and bold on your "you're up" card, with an obvious check-in button if you can't scan. • Courts free up the moment a score is submitted, so the next match gets called sooner. • Court-call and up-next text messages now deliver properly. • Scores are checked against the match's own game settings, so an impossible score can't be entered. • Disputing a score is now a proper in-app step instead of a browser pop-up. • If your opponent doesn't show, claiming the match is a quiet last resort rather than the loudest button on screen. FOR ORGANISERS AND DESK STAFF • Tournament staff can now enter scores, manage courts and run desk check-in. These were silently blocked before. • A check-in desk built for real numbers — search, correct player names, and undo. • Per-division round robins, including double round robin. • Delete and rebuild a medal bracket without losing pool results. • Correct a finalised pool score, or resolve a disputed one. • Add a pool, delete an empty division, and get warned when a division is light on entries. • Live Courts rebuilt: see why a court isn't available, override when you need to, and stagger divisions. • Pools never split smaller than three teams. TEAM LEAGUES • Rostered players who aren't the captain can sign their waiver again. • Captains running more than one team can switch between them. LEAGUES • Move a team to another division mid-season. • Turn a division's weekly bye on or off mid-season, and assign a bye to a week that doesn't have one. • Link manually-created teams one player at a time.
