Hello Pball Fanatic! That's exactly what is supposed to happen. This app is a "sticker app" for iMessage (Apple's text messaging). It makes it possible for you to send these animated pickleball "stickers" to anybody you text in the iMessage text app on iPhones, iPads and the iPod Touch. You can visit my developer website for this product, https://pixelsnpaws.com and there you will find a guide I created on how to use these. Try them out, I think as a fellow Pickleball Fanatic (my hubby and I both play), you'll quickly really enjoy the stickers.

Hello Pickleball Coach! I can help. This isn't a problem with the app, but the control to turn purchased apps "ON" is a bit buried in the Messaging app's interface. I posted a guide just this morning on my website to walk you through this. Go to www.pixelsnpaws.com to view the guide. I think it will quickly solve your problem. I also have a place where you can email me directly on the site. Please feel free to try the steps in the guide and if you still are having problems let me know, we'll get you sending your new animated Pickleball Fun stickers as fast as we can!
