Try and book and tells you is out of zone? What’s all that about when I see them running these routes!!! Try to call and book and get hung up on try ringing back and are ignored. Was great service to start with but not now . Not surprised ratings gone down
Honestly disgraceful
I’ve been using this app since the day it came out, and the amount of times it’s caused me stress and to be late to multiple different occasions is appalling. I typically book my bus for 7:45 which is expected it to come at that time but no, they give themselves a 30 minute time frame (15 minutes each way) to get to you??? And most of the bloody time the don’t arrive within the time frame but about 25-30 minutes later. And with all do respect they can’t blame traffic for this reason as they give a 30 minute leeway. And that’s not all I book my bus always in advance and you can only do it up-to 6 days in advance which for one is rubbish but two I wake up at 6:40 and immediately book my bus tell my why it says the route is fully booked when the booking for that day has only be open 6 hours and 40 minutes. They’re telling me all their “15” buses have been fully booked for the exact time of 7:45 for a day in 6 days time. I don’t thinks so. This concept is good but they’ve executed as well as a 4 year old child would. Save your time and book an uber for the extra prices Atleast you’ll be on time.

Utter rubbish
Most of the time it doesn’t offer pick me up and shows you a very long bus route instead, all while being in the service area. Don’t waste your time people.
Useless
Never actually shows pickup options, would rather show you a bus route that will show up late and a stop that’s a 25 minute walk away.
Absolutely awful would not recommend
I have a serious leg injury and cannot walk down hills. The bus to my location stopped, and so I’v tried this instead. Instead of actually allowing me to book and get transport, it is saying I must walk 20 minutes down and up hill to get home and back as there is a bus service. I am inside the service area and honestly truely upset about this. Don’t show me the bloody buses, I know were they are!!! If I wanted that I wouldn’t have downloaded the damn app. Do not download, utter rubbish.

Great
Amazing system, easy app to use. Reliable and send texts when the bus is 30mins and 5mins away so you can be prepared. Can schedule busses that take you all over Wycombe. Cheap and bus drivers are friendly. Can also see your route once your on the bus.
Simple and easy to use service
Really quick to set up (I linked to PayPal) and simple to search for and book a bus.. cheaper than a taxi and U*er and more reliant than a proper bus !
