Anyway, better is the enemy of good ;-), I do have a feature request: for me it would enhance the workflow, if I could open the app right from within the photo Mediathek by selecting a video there and choose to edit it in this app. No idea whether this is possible or not (due to Apple restrictions) but I would love to do it.

That’s not accurate. All new users are required to pay, regardless of their location — not only users in the US. Pricing and availability are the same worldwide. If you have any further questions, please contact the developer at bennettyuandev@gmail.com.

I’m very sorry, but the issue you described should not occur in Pickshot version 1.11.0. However, since I don’t have access to the specific details of your Apple ID, it’s possible that an unexpected situation may have occurred. Regarding the current pricing: If your Apple ID had downloaded and used Pickshot before, your account is recognized as an early supporter. As a way to thank early supporters, I do not charge them. All new users (those who have not previously downloaded and used the app) are charged normally, and the issue you mentioned should not happen under normal circumstances. A trick to bypass payment
It’s been tested and confirmed that accounts from these regions work: Japan, South Korea, China, and India.

The Pickshot paywall is intended to be consistent worldwide, but we ran into some issues during implementation. These have been resolved in the latest version, 1.11.0. I sincerely apologize again for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
