Great app for pre-iOS 27
For $2 lifetime this app is a steal. I’ve never had any issues with it thru iPad OS 26. But, alas, its days may be numbered as it does not work with 27 Beta. Fingers crossed that it will with the final 27 build, but since the developer hasn’t pushed an update in 5 years (understandable, it’s a small app and long in the tooth), I’ll have to rely on luck.

App crashes
The app is constantly crashing when you try to add layers. Very frustrating.
Great app
I got this app a week ago and it’s awesome, the only thing that can think would be to add some buttons like up, down, left and right to move the layers more delicate. And a quick option to add transparency to the layers so you can see what’s behind, place it when it’s ready and remove the transparency. Oh and if possible maybe add the ability to edit the color, light, focus, etc from each layer. Other than that it worth the value

Perfect, simple app but unfortunately a bug has crept in.
When you try to add transparent PNGs it adds artefacts to the foreground layer.

Stopped working
I have been using the paid version of this app for years and it has stopped saving my progress when I try to merge layers on a project. Also tried to contact customer support and the developer website seems to not be working either.
Deteriorating
PixMix you have been my all star. My favorite. My queen. For YEARS. But you have not been able to pull in a transparent PNG image without issue in quite some time, and I may have to move on from you unless you get it together. 💔
I Prefer the Lite Version
After years of having the lite version, I finally bought the full version when I decided I wanted the convenience of being able to use as many layers as I want. As soon as I began playing with the full version, I noticed that as soon as I enter a photo into the app, the quality becomes way worse. I didn’t even have that issue with the lite version. I am very frustrated by this because I paid money and my photos are turning out worse than when I had a free app. I also feel like the color sensitivity feature could be a little better for an app that is paid for. It helps, but I usually have to manually make many fixes.

This used to be the best app tragically they stopped doing updates it seems a few years ago and I think she has finally stopped working
The free version is much better. Lot of ads but much better
In the free version you can cut out backgrounds in this paid version you cannot. There are tons of free apps that do as much.

Unused to live this programme but now when I open it I just get grey or black screens and it then exits. Shame.
Used to love this app
This was my go to app for getting my ideas off my mind into something visual. It was so easy to use and could do so much but now the app doesn't even open up for my to use. So 5 stars when it worked, 1 star now

FIX IT PLEASE. Great app. I was able to take some old family photos, merge them together to make it look like they were made at the same time. I would like to be able to change the final effect: black and white or a sepia tone. However this a really really fun app.

Doesn’t work!!!
Paid for it, used it for a week now all I get is a non responsive grey screen.
