No longer can sign into app since update
Can no longer sign into app since update. Sends me on a constant loop to authenticate through my email then when I do it sends me back to open the app which sends me back to my email for the “magic link”. The only magic is that it doesn’t work. As a long time user of this platform this is deeply disappointing. Just let me log in with my password ffs…

This is the most absolutely ridiculous setting - I can login to the web but not the app - it doesn’t transfer over to the app and there is no where to enter your password!

Poor update
Your update has made it so I can’t log into the app. It’s only logging me in on Safari, which I can’t edit from there. I’ve clicked your dumb magic link from my email multiple times and it won’t open the app.. it worked perfectly fine before your update. Please fix your issue.
You’ll find a better one
Buy the yearly subscription for the background remover and over features to never work, they never respond to emails to fix the issues

Outdated APP, upgraded to Pro, useless, cancelled subscription. Found much better foto App!!!
Background remover does not
Stopped working a month ago. I’ve done everything and yes I’ve reinstalled the app and current on all updates. It used to work great and now it will not do anything except tell you that it’s removing background and to be patience. One hour later and it says the same thing. I’ve tried this on six or seven different.

Background remover no longer working
For months now the background remover feature hasn’t been working. That was the feature I used the most. So that’s very disappointing and I’m considering cancelling my subscription.

They make it so easy to start memberships and hide things in fine print. Seems to be a money hungry company.
No password option to login?

iphone14 Mobile Editing problems
I have so many photos saved in my hub that i’d like to edit from the app on my iphone14 ProMax, PicMonkey support is unable to figure out why it’s not working. have done all the troubleshooting with no luck. i’m not always in front of my computer and now i’ve got so frustrated. So this is forcing me to find another photo editing app which I didn’t want too. i’m just wasting my money here :(

Doesn’t work for me
App never opened or sent an email confirmation.
Cant login No Email Code gets sent
I have been picmonkey user for years, dont use often any mire but today wanted to edit a pix for 1st time in couple months of not using app. It no longer lets me login with password. Wants to have me type in my email then says it will email me a magic code. Well no magic code sent; checked inbox n spam too. WHY CANT APP JUST GIVE OPTION TO USE MY PWD? App not usable now cause can’t login. All prior work not visible either. Unless this login issue is fixed i definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Useless.

So many bugs
So 1) I can’t access my hub in the app anymore. Which is soooo not cool. And 2) now it won’t load shutterstock on mobile. I love the desktop version but the mobile version just plain sucks. I might move to Canva instead because I actually use the mobile more.

This App is an absolute con, if you’ve come here, from the web, to change colours without the use of Acrobat, it’s impossible. Color Change doesn’t appear in the Effects menu; it’s a complete con don’t waste your money😡
