Upload Feature is Terrible
Cool product but upload functionality is terrible for how expensive it is. You can only upload 9 photos at a time, you cannot queue more than 9, and you have to keep the app open to upload. Very disappointing.
Horrible UI
This thing needs work, a cleaner and more transparent way of doing things, WiFi does NOT work, fails constantly, daily refresh does NOT work, firmware and software major overhaul needed asap!!!

One of my frames stopped working. It’s completely frozen. I submitted feedback and no response. So it’s usefulness after one week. Very disappointed.

Features removed
The original app was uglier but I was able to rotate a portrait photo to landscape in the app so it could display in the native orientation of the pic pak. Now it rotates for the orientation of the PicPak which I don’t like. Additionally it would be nice to upload a portrait picture and it just not take the whole screen. Additionally also took away all refresh options smaller than an hour. 10 minutes used to be an option. Please add back shorter refresh options as well

New update made the app A LOT better
Looks a lot better and also english translations are more consistent. I like that you can now choose which picture to be the one shown. One thing i’d hope to see if being able to upload more than 9 pictures at a time. I want to load my picpak with a lot more but it takes forever if i can only upload 9 at a time.

Solid start!
The revamped app is a lot better, with a nice interface and easier to use UI.
The only real issue I have currently is that firmware updates fail unless you keep the screen active by tapping it, which is tough to do for the 60+ seconds it takes.

Easy to Use
Excellent app! Fast, stable, and very easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, and everything works smoothly. Highly recommended!
Please improve
I love my picpak frames but the app is soooo glitchy. It crashes all the time. It took several days for the last firmware update not to crash. It can handle large amounts of upload so i have to upload 500 pics 30 at a time? Sometimes less! That’s crazy. Please improve the app so i can actually recommend this product to people

Neat Gadget Hampered by Poor App
This app is less than bare bones. It’s barely functional. Pictures take a long time to transfer. Perhaps the biggest sin is that firmware updates take forever but if your phone goes to sleep it stops completely. That means you have to babysit the world’s longest upload by staying glued to a transfer progress screen. I hope the app gets revamped soon.

It works, but very simply. Not many features and some of the settings offer no explanation of what they do.

App seems very cheaply made. It does the barebones and it is actually very easy to upload pictures. Feels very half finished though. Also, the firmware update just seems to sit forever.
