I tried a different App the other day. My pic was not accepted by Passport online. Ugh. Also Walgreens was $18 and they were supposed to email me a digital copy, which they never did! So they also wanted me to come back to the store to do it again. Hardly convenient. I’m going to go get my $ back. Today my first attempt at photo with the app was accepted by Passport online application. So hopefully it will work out for my renewal. I tried and tried just taking my photo with no App help and it kept being rejected. It said No Shadows allowed or that I needed white or off white background, which I have! The app fixed all of that. Plus I didn’t have to watch any Ad to get my photo or to email it to myself, or to fix the background.
