Worthless

This app worked very well when I first used it a year or more ago but now fails with no response or support from the developer to my requests to know why the app has been more and more a failure. It will not load media at all. I have also paid into the developers "coffee fund."

No longer works :(

This app used to be my go-to but now it no longer works…you click the load media link and nothing happens. Tried uninstalling but no luck. I’ve been waiting for an update to fix the issue but there hasn’t been one for months. Almost seems like the developers abandoned it.

Used to be great - Non functional now on iOS

Loved this app and used it all the time to curate a hub. The app has fallen behind and does not work anymore.

Hi Some good news :) I have figured out and fixed the issue with Picstagrab crashing when loading media. I am preparing an update, and will release it as soon as it is approved by Apple. Tried and tried but always FAILS

Error trying to login with Instagram, same error when trying to login with Facebook. JUNK!

Hi The native login in the app no longer works due to that Instagram now has disallowed such logins from 3rd party consumer apps. However, when accessing the search page, you should still be able to log in from there in order to access media

Solid app with an accessibility issue

Solid app with minimal ads and no limit to the amount you can save and download. Only thing I would like to have is a button or option to go to the post you’ve liked in your insta account. It would help a lot for me and possibly others

Hi Glad you like Picstagrab. I agree, it would be good to be able to access media that you have liked in IG, and Picstagrab used to support this, but some time ago, Instagram blocked access to this information, and I am therefore no longer able to access media you have liked.

Tin eye doesn’t work

Love this app but it seems that the tin eye still doesn’t work for me on my iPhone 6.

Still has errors loading

Now it gives an error message suggesting you log out and log back in every time you try to load media. Then logs you out after loading media one time.

No longer working

I love this app. Normally , I would give it a five-star rating but it hasn’t worked in 4 days. The media won’t load. As a hub moderator I depend on Picstagrab to capture and download photos and check them with TinEye. Now, I can’t do anything with this application. Very disappointing

Will not load media

I’ve been using this app with satisfaction for several years. Since the IOS 13 update, media will not load. Please fix!

Not working anymore

I used to use this app everyday and now it won’t work at all. Every time I would paste a URL that I copied, it would automatically bring up the content/media and I could save it immediately. Now, it just says “Failed to load URL” every single time. Please fix this issue so I can adjust the star rating.

PERFECTION

Easy to use. No watermark—I like to give credit in my caption. Don’t want to alter the composition of the photo. Picstagrab beats Repost for Instagram by a mile. And has a WAY better name!!

It won’t load

I absolutely love your app, but with your recent update the app doesn’t load when I try to open it on either my iPhone or iPad. You were attempting to fix the recent IG connection problems but now I can’t even open it so I don’t know if the IG fix works! I know you’ll get it working soon🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻!

Hi. Glad you like Picstagrab :-) I am really sorry for the crash introduced in the latest update. I have prepared a fix for it and will release it as soon as it is approved by apple. Just released the version where the crash is fixed, so it should be available for download shortly. Ole-Kristian

Not working

I used to love this app. It would crash occasionally but I was always able to get it to work until today. It will let me save scripts but it won’t upload or download any pictures.
