When this ap works it’s great, but when they update it my older version which I paid for quits working.

Pick the first yearly sub in the app, it’s £37.99, not £19.49 as in the App Store page. Not good.

App Freezes after a Few Edits
It’s a good editing tool but it freezes after editing 5 to 6 pics. I usually have to exist out of the app and open it again but the same happens each time.
Paid for subscription, now doesn’t work
Worked for about 2 days after I paid for the subscription. Now it doesn’t let me batch pictures (which is why I paid for the yearly )

It Used to be Perfect… Now Often Fails to Apply
I love this app when it works smoothly! However lately after I apply a filter and adjust it, often the app gets hung up and spins… spins… so I have to redo my work. Often = around every 6-8 photos. I am generally working with 150-200 photos in each batch.

I used to love this app.
I exclusively used this apps for all my photo editing for years and years and I still want to use it BUT all it ever does now is crash. I even used the version you had to pay for. I don’t know why it stopped working but I really wish they would fix it!

Not working
Until today I was able to go to my photos, tap edit, Pic Tap Go comes up, then I could edit my photo from there. Now when I do that, it never brings up my photo. I just paid 39.00 for the annual subscription and it’s not working. Not happy!
Needs Improvement
So you have now made it where a customer has to pay to be able to do extra adjustment to a photo. I purchased for the one week to see because the older version sometimes does not work. However this new version doesn’t work good. I have to reopen the app and get the pictures from there. I have been using this app for at least 4 years and this is a negative for me. You are trying to make more money but there are many bugs that need to be fixed.

Disappointing
Suddenly classic PicTapGo not working anymore. Downloaded new app. Reviews suggest I should be able to use classic functions without a subscription. Nope. Won’t let me do anything. I only use it to make white border on my photos, no interest in filters etc. Not cost effective for my purposes.
I can Edit but not Save!
I can edit all the pictures to my liking but when it’s time to save it spins and spins then never saves. I actually have the subscription so when I originally bought it it was amazing. Now I’m highly disappointed ☹️

Used cutout on an image With a very well defined background and it did not remove it. Canceling.
