I’ve reached out through email multiple times due to the same issue of consistent ads after every piece I place and it’s making the game aggravating to continue playing I haven’t received any update after sending a video of the issue happening and no response from the company very disappointed I use to love playing this game to pass time and now I don’t want to continue using the app

Can’t play daily puzzle
I love playing this game and the daily game but the daily game is not working this month
10-15 seconds between ads
I start the app and within the first 15 seconds i have an ad. When it’s done i get to place another piece or two before the next ad hits. I don’t recommend this if you value your time at all
Too many ads
The game is fun nothing wrong with that but it got to a point where it was more ads than game play because for every three things to placed you got an ad. I stopped playing because I knew I wasn’t actually playing the game I was watching ads so I deleted it. Do better ads shouldn’t be the majority of the time you spend on your game.

Great game
It’s a great game but the ads are annoying I place one thing and get an ad break it’s very frustrating
I beg for u to get rid of ur adds
It feels adds pop up evry time I try to place down a piece and then another one pops up and adds stress me out and I am a type one dietetic and so no I can’t turn my Bluetooth off or my WiFi off because then my pump and Dexcom won’t work they won’t connect to my phone and my pump won’t give me insulin if I do that so please remove the adds

Love the game and play a lot but it fails to be turned on now. Please fix it

I love this game so much and it’s so good but there are ads distracting you throughout the game so that’s why.But I would have LOVED it if there were no ads.

I love having something small to do when I’m feeling bored and this game is the best! I like that the puzzle is split up into pieces so I don’t get overwhelmed will all the things I have to do! I just get to focus on one thing at a time! Great game! Ads actually aren’t too bad in my opinion, I see others have said negative things about the ads but they’re honestly a lot better than other mobile games and a lot less frequent.

Very calming for teenagers that have anxiety, works amazingly offline and it’s a good distraction
Bad Ad to Actual Gameplay Ratio
I’ve been playing this for a while and understand that ads are the only real way to keep a game free to play, but I have to delete this because recently I can’t put more than one piece down without an ad. LITERALLY every time I place a piece I immediately get an ad break, and the only way for me to fix that is to pay $10 per month?
I have many free games that have ads and none of them have that many. The ones that have more than others haven’t charged more than $10 for PERMANENT ad removal!
This used to be a great stress relief game, but I’m done :(

Addicting!!!
This game is fun, and I find myself playing it way more than I have time for! I play it offline most of the time - there are times when it needs to download more parts for you to move forward, but it only takes a minute or so and then you can turn your internet off again. There are loads of items to put in place, some easy, some difficult and some downright really difficult - perfect for stimulating your brain for a few minutes at the end of the day!!

PS I read a review where the player was discontented with needing to wait so long for the energy to rebuild. There is a way around that - you tap the green plus sign in the middle at the very top of the screen to watch a 30 second ad (sometimes they are only 15 second ads), and that gives you another 1/6th of a fill up of power. If you repeat that action six times, you can totally refill your empty tank without waiting.
PPS While you’re at the top of your screen, tap some of those other options up there so you can go into different parts of the game and play more scenes!

I can’t go FIVE SECONDS without an add, and I’m not even over exaggerating, I could only place two to three peaces and then BOOM “add break” do NOT download this app, please, it is not worth it.

I played this game then stopped for a while then I went back to the game and it deleted all my progress
fun at first DO NOT GET
this game was really fun when i started playing, but then there were too many ads and the energy concept is stupid. the puzzle part of the game is fun, but it should have unlimited energy because it would be way more fun. you have to watch long ads to get a small amount of energy that runs out after 5 minutes. also the energy recharges really really slow, only giving you one after 2 minutes, which is ridiculous. plus, my app stopped letting me watch ads, so now i basically cant play the game until my energy recharges in 24 hours. ridiculous. this game's cons outweigh the pros. do not get this game.

This game is amazing. The only bad thing is the energy. You should just make it have unlimited energy.
Ruined it with ads.
I have been playing this app for YEARS, doing the daily puzzle everyday. We used to not get an ad until a at least one picture was fully placed. Now I’m getting an ad after the first piece I put down. I don’t understand why you had to change this and it really makes me want to delete the app as for years it’s been okay and still had ads but no where near as many. Just pure greed over user enjoyment.
