app and concept is super cool and relaxing but there is an ad break every 5mins or like every time you finish a pic which removes the whole “relaxing experience” part. Additionally, i was willing to pay to remove ads but they charge 12.99 for only 30 days. dumb. other apps charge less for a lifetime subscription. i uninstalled the same day i got it. shame.

Great game but take out the energy bar
I played this game awhile ago and LOVED it. Honestly did. But, between the adds AND the energy bar? We don't need both.Each piece taking energy isn't a good idea. It would be more relaxing if you could take that out,let people play without having to worry about energy at all. Because I do miss playing this.

Fabulous Game
Just love this game. So much so, I paid to lose the ads. Always look forward to the daily task. Just such a good game to unwind and relax. Just recently I had problems with the daily tasks and was unable to open any of August days. I contacted the support team and got such good service. Straight away they contacted me and started to try and solve the problem. It took sometime to sort it out but finally they found a solution and it is working once again. Thank you very much for all your help.

Too many ads
The title says it all. It’s a great game but TOO MANY ADS!!!! And $10 for only $30 days x 12 is $120 which’s is more than a PS5 game that you pay one time for. At that price, make it a console game and be done with it!!!!!! Or just make the ad fee a one time fee!!!
It’s great but one issue.
THE ENERGY. Why do we need it? And why does it take so long for it to load back like I just wanna play the game and not waste time needing.to wait for energy. I love this game so much but the energy annoys me a lot. Please remove the energy feature! PLEASE REMOVE IT!

The previously mentioned scam ads are all gone, and the ads I’ve been getting aren’t really an issue. Would still love an option to have a permanent no ads purchase.

Ever since one of the more recent updates, ads are far more frequent, which wouldn’t be an issue if some of the interstitial ads weren’t opening up in safari as “Trojan virus detected” scam websites.
I noticed another review mentioned having issue with paying to remove ads for only 30 days at a time, and I feel even if a more permanent solution was implemented, until some of the scam ads are filtered out, it’s not even worth the 30 day price

Such a good game
No mater how many times I download and play I always find it so much fun so relaxing
Too many ads
This game is cute on the surface and can be enjoyable. However, I think that the ad frequency is way too high especially since if you pay to have no ads it’s $13 Canadian for only 30 days, on other games that’s enough to get you lifetime of no ads. If they had changed it so that you could buy a lifetime free of ads I would probably play this game more and have bought it, but 30 days only is ridiculous. Additionally, the energy system is really frustrating. It runs out way too fast for you to make any progress, refills slowly, and if you try to get more by watching an ad or paying ingame currency (of which they barely give you anything), you do not get very much out of it. My biggest pet peeve is games preventing us from literally playing their game.

I open the app and not even 30 seconds into playing I place one puzzle piece and I immediately get an “ad break” like what break? I’ve only been in the app for not even a minute and you’re telling me to take a break!!!!

This is the one mobile game that I’ve played consistently for years, so I think it finally deserves a review. I love this game and I probably have dozens of hours in it. I love doing puzzles to unwind after a long day. The scenes are always so cute and charming too :) I highly recommend this game!!

Not fun anymore
I used to be addicted to this game and played it all the time, completing each of the free puzzles and moving onto the 50 coin ones. However, the amount of ad breaks that the devs push onto players now is insanely frustrating. I am finding myself having to either sit through a 30 second ad or close and reopen the app every (genuinely) ONE to THREE moves because I get the ad break pop up. It has taken the fun and relaxation completely out of this game. The worst part? You can totally pay to remove ads, except you have to pay $10 and it only lasts for 30 days! Most every other game I play has a cheaper fee for a permanent removal, and this game is the only one in which I’d actually consider paying to do that, but $10 for 30 days just feels greedy and a total ripoff. I have seriously NEVER left a review on the App Store, but I’m so disappointed that my favorite game has become unplayable.

Too many ads
I know this is a common complaint and usually I dont mind ads but this game has ads less than a minute between them so you cant even play the game.

Pretty fun little game. Nice, relaxing, and nice to waste time on. I’d recommend toning down the ads, they’re a bit obnoxious from time too time, especially when it’s the same one—and maybe getting rid of/fixing the “energy” system. It does get quite annoying when I’m forced to stop because I ran out of energy. All in all, I like the game, and I hope you can take my criticism into consideration

Really enjoy the game but wanted to give a slight critique/complaint
I really enjoy pictures builder, I play it whenever im on the treadmill and it’s an awesome way to pass an hour - I would’ve just sent this though the in game feedback thing but I couldn’t get my email to sign in on my phone and couldn’t send an email (sorry) - I’ll edit this review to take this part out if/when I get a response. I love this game but from a few hours ago it’s doing this annoying thing where it shows me exactly where to place the piece whenever I pick one up. I really don’t like this as figuring out where the pieces go is what makes the game really fun to me - I can’t find a setting to turn this off, if there is one and I’ve missed it feel free to let me know and im very sorry haha - if there’s no option to turn it off, I would much appreciate an update that lets us turn it off. Thanks!

I place a single object and instantly get a forced “Ad Break”. It’s not an exaggeration- literally a single piece between ads. In a game like this where there are dozens of puzzle pieces per screen, that’s more time spent on ads than playing. Could you imagine playing chess with a 30-second or longer ad between moves?
It’s an ad simulator disguised as a puzzle game.
And $10 a month to get rid of ads? Not permanently. Per month.
App games have gotten predatory and been low effort nonsense for ages, but this is gross and obscene. Not worth it.
Edit: All of the reviews have the company replying that “We need ads to keep it free”. Not to this extent you don’t! What garbage.
And since these complaints go back months, they’re not changing anything. Feedback means nothing. So, to new players- don’t download. Don’t bother.
