I love playing this, but I always have to wait too long for new puzzle packs after I’ve gone through all the new ones.
Stopped earning green coins
I’ve played this game for years and love it. But each day you play in a row should earn you the green coins to keep playing - it stopped letting me earn them weeks ago and no update has fixed it

Was 7.1.0 update just info saying there is an update coming soon? I did the update and nothing changed.

I’ve been playing this game for about 8 years and loved every moment of play. I have over 150,000 coins and I used to use these to replay old pictures to earn tokens. I overlooked the fact that it was reduced from 5 tokens to 3 for a red puzzle, the same reward as an orange puzzle, as I was still earning tokens however the change recently to use 5 tokens to replay and earn 200 coins is ridiculous. Replies to other reviews have said it gives the player the option to use tokens and earn coins or vice versa I think is rubbish as why do I need to earn more coins with the total I have. I’m going to run my tokens down to see if I can use it in this way. If not it will be goodnight Picture Cross, you have ruined a wonderful relationship where I spent hours a day using your app and watching the ads to increase my tokens earned. I’m not even going to mention the changes to the “bonus” mosaic section! Please change this back for us loyal players

Why the change?
The game is fun. Have had it for years and don’t get ads, but the new change to the daily reward is disappointing. When I’d run out of tokens, I used to enjoy logging in every day to “save up”, and then have a binge session with the puzzles but since the change to where you have to play a couple boards to get the daily reward, I find I maybe login and play one game instead of blasting through a bunch. Took all the fun right out of the game

won’t open?
really fun game but it gets stuck on the loading screen when i try to open the app, haven’t been able to play, even after refreshing and checking for updates
Used to a good game
The last update made me decided to uninstall the game. The annoying ads came out very frequently while playing (not come up at the end of the game anymore).
Huge disappointment
I have been playing this game for years and really enjoyed it. I paid to remove ads ages ago and was happy to pay. But greed has ruined the game. They keep changing things to try to get us to pay. I will happily pay for a game, but I won’t pay to progress in a game. It feels like cheating to do that. The last change was that I have to now pay tokens to repeat a game. I only repeat a game to progress in challenges, with the aim of winning tokens. Tokens are more precious than coins. I have 400,000+ coins. There is no challenge in winning coins. Developers, you have ruined this game by being greedy and manipulative. I quit.

Really confusing
I hate this game because it is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too complicated for me. Developer if you can please make the rules easier to understand.
Update ruined
I have had this game for 8 years and I used to play it every day to bank green tokens for future puzzle releases. The latest update switched the reward system. Now it costs green tokens to replay levels and the reward are yellow coins. The coins do not help you at all unless you need clues.
Ads are taking over
Ads were fine on the app and it’s a good way to keep it free, but some of the advertisements start automatically playing video in full screen WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING A PUZZLE. Makes the game more frustrating and annoying.
Audio ads
It used to be a relaxing game, now audio ads suddenly blare out whatever they’re trying to sell. No way to stop the annoying mid-game ads other than turn down the sound on your device. Other than that, it’s an alright game.
Update: The developer reached out to me and showed me how to report the ads that were causing the issue. It’s been a couple of days since then, and no more audio ads during gameplay.

Could have been fun
This could have been so much more fun without the ads interfering. I don’t have money to pay to go “ad free”. I wanted a fun game to unwind with. Instead there are coin limits, time limits, and lots of ads. I only recently downloaded this game. But because of the excessive ad interference I will be removing this game from my phone.

Too many constant ads
I have played this game for several years and loved it. The recent onslaught of 2 second ads - in the middle of a game - are driving me crazy! I’ll be deleting and not returning. It’s become the most annoying game out there. So disappointed!
Unplayable with ads
I enjoyed my first few puzzles, but after some ads that had obviously been made difficult to get out of I realized this was not a quality game.
Please fix the ad pop up issue!!
It’s a great app. But pop ups in the middle of a puzzle are driving me away. Horrible nuisance!
Ads Every Few Seconds
This used to be my favorite game. Recently the banner ads started dropping down into the game every few seconds. After many people complained they appeared to have fixed it. This morning the constant banner ads dropping down every few seconds started again, and even worse, continue on your home screen after you close the game. There are too many ads to keep track of and report. It’s completely out of control, and at this point they know what they’re doing. I’m done.

Another great game ruined by ads
Deleted the app because of excessive ads. An ad once the puzzle is complete is okay. Not in the middle of it!
