I'm only giving this one star because you can't rate it zero stars! Don't waste your money! Every time you try to move a photo or enlarge it the app shuts you out. I really don't recommend this!!!

I just paid £1.49 for this app and I can't even enlarge a picture without the whole app closing down and restarting. It's a shame this would be a good app if it actually worked! Ideally I'd like a refund !!! Terrible

I found picoverlay while looking for editing apps for pictures on Instagram. I was a little desperate and gave it a shot. The way this app is set up is very poor; confusing..as the settings and 'buttons', if you will, are scattered everywhere. I realize this app is for laying photos on top of another..but I still tried to use it for editing pictures. This app failed epically. When I used it, it crashed EVERY SINGLE TIME and then wouldn't save anything that I did. So I had to start over about 10 times for one picture and I still didn't come anywhere near to the results that I wanted. I don't know what the creators of this app were thinking.. It's awful, and it's a waste of time and money. I wish I could get my money back. DO NOT BUY.
