Have been using this app for more than I can even remember and thankfully have never ever had any issues with this at all in any way! I also had the pro version of this and just as great also!
A little bit of paint would be great, just a few tweaks, the play bar, would be great if could scroll across the videos etc things of that sort would be very helpful but not complaints at all though.

Pics wont save. It randomly deletes a pic I upload. Hope upgrading to Pro solves this as they don't have info regarding what Pro does/benefits. Twelve hours later…still no response from Support.

This app lost me a LOT of photos. Whoever thought out the process of transferring photos from your library to the app did a terrible job. You tap the “+” add your photos from the library and then it doesn’t tell you what to do AT ALL! You think you have transferred them, but you haven’t. You delete the originals, go back to the “safe”🤣 and they are gone! One of the worst for going through the process and then being left high and dry.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. The five stars are from people that have not had their pictures disappear. Its not if they will disappear, its when. Then your five star will go to one, and you get zero response from these clowns. These people should be sued. You trust them with important items only for them to be lost.

Very useful
I have used Photo safe for must be nearly 20 years always found it realisable and always kept my photos safe and secure. The same can be said for video safe the only thing I would like put back into the edit function would be the ability to rearrange the order of photos and videos very recommended
And I would like a reply from support regarding Face ID not working with the app it works on all other apps but stopped on photo safe when I got my iPhone 14 pro max

I have written several emails asking for support for this app and I have not received a single response. Very unprofessional and a waste of money! Don’t download this app, the customer service is non existent, and will never answer
Great but needs tweaking
Great app that needs slight improvements. The decoy pic section needs to take a pic of the snoop and shut off. I’d prefer it takes a pic of the snoop to be able to confront them about breaking our trust promise if I’m right. A third passcode for a partitioned folder would be great.
