Why did you change this app ? It was fine as it was you’ve made it so difficult to explore.
Down date
Absolutely rubbish compared to the earlier version. Manual input for everything and my booking history is no longer available.
Impossible to use
Why this app doesn’t work as it should is beyond me.
Paypal refuses to login, no matter what I put in and I experienced the same problem with paying with debit/credit cards as well.
It turned what should have been a simple experience into something stressful that now means that I risk not getting the seats that I want for my son and I at the cinema.
Poor coding to blame, or is it just out of date with current operating systems?
Running on iOS 17 from an iPhone 12 Pro and yes, everything is up to date and other apps are working just fine.
Please fix, it would be nice to be able to use it like any other app!

I can’t find my membership number after signing up and paying.
Limitations
A good app for booking a film at local cinema. Very easy to use. However, I book on my iPad but also have the app on my iPhone and they do not link. I.e. what I book on my iPad does not appear in the wallet on the iPhone and vice versa.

The app is great for booking tickets, but the privilege points have disappeared. V irritating. Seems to be a ‘known issue’, but about time the bug is fixed.
Cinema 1
Well….. Went to see Saw X last night and I’m aware the tickets are only £3.50 but the sound quality was appalling. Way too much base and very boomy to the extent it was difficult to hear the film. Not just me, there were 3 of us and we all agreed. Not the first time and won’t return. Cinema 2 is fine.
Please, please sort it out. Desperately want to support our local cinema.

Very disappointing to have to get ID for my kids who are 18 to prove they were 18 to see a film that is 15! Get a grip, such protocols cause customers to go elsewhere

Not able to select 4 seats in different areas
Trying to book for a group of 4 but not many spaces left but it wouldn’t let me book unless all seats together so ended up having to make two bookings for the same thing
Lovely local cinema
We love going to the Picturedrome. The renovations and effort put into this fabulous local facility have improved it further. Great value and always a warm welcome. The kids treat boxes are also good value and we love supporting local.

I find it very difficult to look up what’s on on any particular day. Just tried to find Saturday’s showing but could only find times for one film not the day’s showings. Very frustrating

Old app was better. I liked being able to see instantly what was on that day. This version of the app is rubbish. Please change it back. Also noticed you’ve increased the booking fee with no notification. When you’re on a tight budget because of health reasons a warning would have been nice. Yeah it’s only 25p more. But I’d rather come to cinema than use my heating

Not enjoying this new app, it is not easy to find stuff, also there is nothing on there to show your booking now.
