Doesn’t connect
I’ve tried to connect my F8pro headphones to the app but it did not work. The app could not find my headphones. Uninstalled the app and tried again to no avail.
Please fix this. I love these headphones and would love to be able to adjust settings via the app.

I love the headphones but this app keeps crashing and adding a phantom Bluetooth device with the same name as my headphones that can’t be removed unless I turn off Bluetooth and close the app

Worked once than never again
This app might be the downfall of the product if you’re offered doesn’t work it doesn’t matter how good the hardware is by well. The app only works once and now if I press on it, I press on it it tries to take me to Bluetooth to connect it where it’s already connected. It doesn’t matter that’s connected. It will keep sending me back to Bluetooth to reconnect it and it’s connected.

App will not automatically discover headset or allow manual add, B8 model not listed in devices
B8 model is not listed in the app, and despite the headphones being connected successfully to my phone and operational, I cannot add the device either manually or automatically to the app.
The app can’t locate the headset automatically, and when trying to manually add, it requires you to select the model (Picun B8 in my case) which is not listed.
Although I’m happy the headset connected easily via Bluetooth to my phone and they actually work fine, it’s disappointing not being able to view or customize the settings in the app

Language issues
Despite the app prompting you to select English or Chinese, when you select English the entire app is still in Chinese so you have no idea what any of it says or it’s wanting you to do

What to expect?
So if you’re lucky enough to find your headphones on there you have the chance to be able to connect your headphones HOWEVER just because they’re listed doesn’t mean they’ll connect.
My ANC-05L will not connect to the app which is more than frustrating because they are listed and I have followed their guide several times including potential issues I thought may be the case but unfortunately they just will not connect whatsoever.
I am purchasing a Picun B6 soon and I will update this review if I remember to.

Very poor connection
Very poor connection, every time have to spend lot of time to connect, solve this problem please
Great sounding headphones
I’ve got the P28X headphones which are a great fit and the sound is great the only problem is that I can’t use app because my headphones are not listed on there.
Doesnt even work
Its in chinese which you can partially get around with the translation at the top of the app but the headphones do not connect. Ive enabled located, bluetooth, and even tracking on the app to allow the connect but the app refuses to connect so the app is completely useless.
Good quality, bad translation (iPad Mini 2)
The Picun app is a rather good app, as its helped me with managing my F6s without needing to press physical buttons. However, the app doesn’t have very good translating, and I often go into menus or modals that text covers too much of the screen, not allowing me to click “Okay” or do whatever I wanted to do. While the app is good, I recommend just using the controls on your headphones themselves and just keeping the manual. It just adds one more account to manage and one more account to delete if your data gets breached by hackers.
