9,99€/Woche zahlt man von vorneherein. In der App merkt man dann, dass man nur mit Tokens Videos generieren kann. Das geht genau 2 mal, dann sind die Tokens weg. Aber man kann natürlich im In-App-Shop für weitere 9,99€ tokens nachkaufen... Fazit: wenig Leistung für viel Geld... Schade - da sind Konkurrenzprodukte deutlich günstiger bei besserer Performance

Fraud App

This is fraud App as I had done 999/week subscription but not able to do anything on this app because the genuine Pictory AI app works on desktop only so this fraud took money from me and their official people saying please report this issue o
Here but we cant help anything for your money deduction. So please be aware about such fraud App.

I paid $5 and gave a prompt to create a video, it generated a video of 5 seconds long, video was not relevant to my prompt. And for 5 seconds video it have used all the tokens and now asking for more money.

Horrible

Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. Makes you pay before you can even try it out. I selected the weekly payment just to give it an initial shot (still $10) and when I uploaded my story, which was not very long at all, it just gave me an error message. I tried retyping it and attempted two more uploads, both still resulted in an error message. And after my third attempt, I tried one more, but the app said I was out of “tokens” and I would’ve had to pay, at minimum, another 10 dollars just to try again! I literally couldn’t do anything but laugh. Quite literally feels like I was robbed of $10. I canceled that subscription right away. Truly pathetic.

Read this before you buy

There is a serious issue with the image generation feature of this app.

During multiple uses, I found that credits were deducted even when the image generation failed due to an error.
This issue occurred in at least [5 out of 4 attempts].

In most services of this type, users are either allowed to retry or receive a refund when an error occurs. However, this app does not appear to provide either option.
Additionally, the frequency of errors is high, which raises concerns about the system’s reliability.

I have contacted support regarding this issue, but as of now, I have not received a satisfactory response (will update if resolved).

Under these conditions, users are at risk of losing points unintentionally, making the app unreliable for regular use.

Suggested improvements:
- Implement refunds or retries when errors occur
- Improve system stability and reduce error rates
- Clearly explain when and why credits are deducted

At its current state, I cannot recommend this app.

Taken money but not provided premium and no response after multiple messages on support.

Recharge done on google pay, product not credited on app, app has no proper menu or support system. Want money on each and every use. No response for the complaints and messages even after 3 days. Tired of messaging their support. Very untrustworthy and disappointing
