I thoroughly appreciate & enjoy using “My Chart.” It’s so convenient & easy to use. All my health records are at my fingertips & I can easily send a message to any of my doctors. I can request medication refills, check lab results, etc. The doctors are very good about responding quickly. It’s a great way to check your appointments & pre-registrar before going in for an appt. It’s also good to see what the doctors have written & make sure everyone is on the same page. It’s a wonderful medical portal that allows two way communication between me & my doctors. It provides a great service. Thank you very much.

Communication is terrible/ negligent with med refills
I have been trying to get my medication refilled since Sep 2 , after several emails with different incompetent personal and phone calls , today is Sep 29 and I still don’t receive my medicine for my stomach , my condition is worsening again

So easy and thorough
I walked in with asthma symptoms and the wait was so worth it. The staff made me feel comfortable and heard. The care I received was very thorough and I felt relief instantly after treatment. Staff is personable and professional.

The Worst Thing that has happened to me in this hospital was I was sexually assaulted by one of their doctors and assaulted by that same doctor and this hospital has done nothing but hopefully this message gets noticed because I avoid actually being at this hospital on prince avenue and hopefully the president of hospital can help me get justice or CEO. The security guards didn’t even help during this incident and it’s sad if they’re doing this they’re doing this to all patients. I was also told this isn’t the first incident with that doctor who sexually assaulted me. So even though I’m medically sick and have health issues I choose to just die and be sick to avoid coming to this hospital because of being sexually assaulted by their doctor he knows who I’m I never will forget this incident.

I have been using this practice for years. Seeing most of the doctors in the practice. They are very professional and take their time to explain your choice of treatments. They show empathy for your pain. I recommend this practice to everyone including the doctors. I trust these doctors with my care.
