After registering an account, customers can use most of the company's services directly from their mobile devices, including customs clearance, ocean freight, air freight, and land transportation. The Home page brings together the core features: a banner displays rotating news images — simply tap to go to the news page — and additional news stories are also shown further down the page. Using the search box, customers can select a service type, enter a keyword, and then tap search. This will take you to the Tracking tab, where the results show the current processing status of your business. Popular Services offers quick access to the most frequently used services in the app, all of which can also be found on the Services page. The Services tab is organized into three main categories. Within each category, services are sorted by status, and you can tap into detailed query pages to view all service specifics. The Messages page displays system notifications, such as service maintenance updates and alerts about irregularities on certain ocean shipping routes. The My tab is where you manage your personal information, including your profile, shipping address management, and changing your password. You can also submit feedback with text and images to the company from this page.
