Pigeon Forge CONNECT

The City of Pigeon Forge is now offering a direct line of communication to City Departments via the NEW Pigeon Forge CONNECT App. Residents will be able to request services and report non-emergency issues such as potholes, sidewalk maintenance, litter, damaged trees, etc. Residents can track the status of their submitted request and see what other issues are being reported in the area. The Pigeon Forge CONNECT App allows you to upload photos and/or video to accompany your request. You will be able to follow your request from the time it is reported until completion. This new app brings our city employees and residents together to sustain Pigeon Forge’s scenic beauty. The Pigeon Forge CONNECT App will also be a great source of information for all things Pigeon Forge, with links to the city website for online payments, city services, upcoming events and more!
