NOT impressed

While I get this is an easy way to “text” with your doctor and have much quicker responses, what about everything else on the patient side? There’s a “convenient web app for office staff” yet patients cannot log in at all. Patients cannot see their images, lab results, private health documents, patient forms, visit reports, etc. This is all uploaded to a patients chart for doctor/staff use only. And guess what? NONE of these text messages upload to the patients actual portal they can access……again, for doctors eyes only.

As as patient I do not recommend this App. If a doctor would like to text patients only, they should just get a google number for that! This App is just a waste of space on my phone!

Best Patient App

This is the best communication tool for me and my patients. It is easy as texting another friend or family member but it is hippa compliant and you can trust that this information is secure and safe. Would recommend this app to other doctors offices.

The Head & Neck Cancer Center of Texas, Dr. Martin Corsten’s office has seen great success while using this app to communicate with our patients. Our patients are constantly telling our office how much they wish their other doctor offices would use pigeon, because it’s so easy to use and operate.

We rated this app five stars and if it would allow, we would give it two thumbs up as well!
