Useless! Login required to do ANY THING!
Website and phone app are absolutely useless.

Shopping list
When are we going to get an update for the shopping list. It is completely unusable. You canât check off items or share between devices like before.
Wonât show prices for alcohol
I tried looking up the price of a Miller High Life 18 pack (because there was no price on the shelf) and got âSorry, alcohol products are not available.â This is unfortunate because the Pig has a huge liquor department.
Removed shopping list features
I am very dissatisfied with the updates to the app. Shopping lists items are no longer saved across devices. You cannot have more than one shopping list. And you can no longer easily check off an item from the list. You can only remove it. Please bring back the old shopping list features.

Push Notifications
No matter how many times you ask Iâm not allowing push notifications, asking me every time I open the app is only going to make me delete it
Website missing information for login
I like the updated app and website, but the option to get a code by phone on the website is not possible, according to the FAQâs, once you are registered, you should be able to enter your phone number at shopthepig.com and choose âGet code by callâ. Well, I did that and that option is not on the website. It is only available on the app. I would like the app and the website to have the same options. I have a mobile land line, which cannot receive text messages. I hope the website will get fixed soon.

Fresh look , easy to navigate
Love the new app and the looks of it. So much easier to get to my coupons â wow 810 of them
Unable to login and couldnât get discounts
Went to the store. Tried to log in and the app just kept spinning and then went back to the login screen. Cashier couldnât manually enter the digital coupon discounts and had to put the groceries back. Wasted trip.
App wonât open
Worked fine then you updated and now it is in constant loop. Open app and it says update needed. Tell it to update, takes you to AppStore where it says open. Open takes you back to the app where it says it needs an updateđ¤

Canât get the App to open
When I attempt to open the app, a screen appears that says I need to update the app. When I attempt to update the app, it takes me back to the screen that says open. Itâs an endless loop! I donât like not being able to get the digital coupons on my phone!
Update?
Keeps telling me I need an update and goes to the app store and the loop goes on and on.
New App Does not work for rewards
The new update has lost my rewards information and no longer allows me to clip coupons. It keeps loving me out. Very frustrating! No way to utilize the weekly digital coupons now !

It doesnât work to register/login. Why make an app if you donât know how to make it work?

Canât log in! Need WiFi to find a location but I am on WiFi! Pretty useless app. Developers need to do a better job or find a new developer.
Canât login without card number
I donât use a physical card, I always type in my phone number when I purchase my groceries at Piggly Wiggly for my rewards. I wanted to use the app to use digital coupons, but you made it difficult and I canât login without a card number. Should have other options like logging in with a phone number and sending a verification text or something. I donât want to go through the inconvenience of getting a brand new card either and losing my points on my current card Iâve had for years. Please make a easier option available.

App refuses to let me login
I have cellular data and wi-fi turned on for this app. When I open it and select login it just takes me back to the page I was on. It doesnât let me login. PRETTY USELESS!
Cant do anything...
Try to log in...just spins and spins then tells me canât authenticate token?? Ad doesnât load, coupons donât load...any page I try, it just spins but never loads.
Canât add multiple items to a shopping list
This app needs work. I created a shopping list and was able to add one item to it. When I try to add additional items I can see my shopping list but itâs greyed out and I canât select it to add the item, making the shopping list pretty much useless.
