Missing games
I started playing this game more than 6 years ago. Now I'm back to it but something is missing. I receive snowballs as a reward but I have no tree like I used to have in the past to use them. Then why am I receiving them? I looked for an update but it seems to be up to date. Someone told me it is because I use an iPhone, but still asking…why I receive the snowballs?

For over the last 5 years, I played this game was a very good game Since the last update completed, Ireland didn’t get a thing for it plenty of pictures to show but nothing is actually being given to you when you win the different things at the moment I would advise anybody to keep away from this app. Until they actually sorted out and I sign in through Facebook, I don’t know why they keep updating it because that causes more and more problems but it appears to be only on iOS players and I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I’m reviews haven’t got up date ones only five years six years ago nun in the last six months appear on here because of people complaining about what’s gone wrong with this game since updates.

Update erased my progress
They said there was a updated version and I updated and it erased all my progress so now I’m deleting this game
Not getting spins from spin wheel
I am playing this game from last 3 months but I had never received spin from spin wheel. One more thing it requires huge amount to complete an island and 3000 spins are insufficient to level up island.
Need to give bigger prizes
You have 80000 spins but the wheel never hardly falls on spins on the wheel. They need bigger prizes on the Christmas tree. There’s needs to be prizes on the wheel, especially when you spending money on the game. The higher island levels you have to get lots of coins just to finish the island before someone attacks you. Bigger prizes needs to be given for this game in order to keep the players playing on a daily basis.

I love this game and addicted but when the game messes up and I can’t get the bonus rewards and everyone else I talk to can. Mine keeps saying the video production is done come back later. So I’ve been stuck on the same island for over a month. I refuse to spend my own money.

I’m an active DAILY player and I make purchases but don’t get the rebate or rewards.
