This is a fun app and kids enjoy language learning!
I have no problems with sound on my app. I have an iPad2 and have not yet upgraded to iOS6. It works great and I can even project it onto a whiteboard and show my students on class.
I have used this app for teaching pre-K through 1st grade beginning Chinese language students. They really enjoy it and are learning at the same time! I would love more variety in colors, fruits, and sizes in the game...maybe include higher levels of difficulty in future updates.

Yes the sound doesn't work for mine either. I purchased it too. Utterly crazy. Why does Apple approve these apps?
No sound
I loaded this on an iPad2 (said it should work with iPad under requirements) and the sound does not work. I emailed support and have not heard back. Looks like a good app but is useless without the sound.
Wish options were hidden
My kid loves to play this. I wish, though, that the options button & music button were hidden so my child can't get to them. I also would like more vocabulary. But overall, great app!
Fun teaching tool
Fun game with cute graphics! My 4 year old asks me to play all the time. Great way to practice Chinese. Definitely worth the 99 cents :)
Toddler loves it!
My 2.5 yr old loves this. I was surprised she could even learn how to play the memory/matching game. Easy to pick up with a bit of adult supervision. Great! Hope to see more options with different vocabulary soon (family and animals, please!)
Too easy
Very cute game, but needs more. The numbers are too low and the vocabulary is very limited. Hopefully they will upgrade soon. We were done in 10 minutes... Needs to have more levels.

This is a great app for a child learning Chinese. I hope they come out with more apps as compliments to their learning program. They are great!

AMAZING APP!
This app is really incredible, our kids love it and it's a fun way to get them to learn The basics of Chinese... My husband even uses It to study elementary concepts. We use this on our iPad and have no problems at all. For 99 cents, this is a value! High quality education for such a low price. Get this app, you'll be happy you did. I hope they make more similar apps for Chinese education. Thanks for my new favorite app!!!

Learn Chinese
Certainly well designed. Our 3 year old would play on for a good 5-10 minutes. Obviously she is enjoying it while proudly picking up new words in Chinese language and a bit of numbers. A good way to learn.
