Was once useful
This “new and improved” app is anything but. Frequently cannot identify barcodes, after multiple attempts will eventually recognize the code. Then fairly often locks up with a alert box which cannot be accessed and another partial window offset and unreachable off screen right. Only way to restore the app is to shut down and restart the app. No good.

RIPOFF
They took my book, didn’t provide any sort of evidence of a supposed page that was torn off, and gave me $0 for the book. This company is a ripoff. Do not send them any books!
Doesn’t pay as promised
Lately I’ve sent in books that are not recorded properly when they’re received, so I don’t get the payment for them. They pay very little for the few books that they actually do accept. This app used to be pretty great but I won’t be using it anymore after recent experiences.
Terrible
Super cheap offers for books in good/mint condition. Pretty much installed this for it to insult me. Do NOT recommend.
Horrible Service
The app is great, but the service is the worst.
